Is it possible to get personal assistance?
We offer personal fitting of perfumes where we recommend products outside our own inventory. We help you with picking the right perfume for the right moments with the tones of your preference. For the personal fitting, apply via the "personal fitting" page.
What are the payment options?
It is currently only possible to pay with credit card but PayPal will be available soon. It is also possible to use giftcards in the check-out process.
What is your return policy?
We follow a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days from when the item was received.
